Before we follow Unit 1204 department by department, here they all are at a glance. It plays silently while it is on screen; the sound comes on only when you ask.
Listed once. Published wherever it should be.
Out of the box, a listing goes live only after it is approved, and you choose who approves. Once published, it appears on your public website and in XML feeds laid out the way Bayut and Property Finder read them, ready for the portals to collect from a private link.
Pause or remove it, and the next collection drops it. There is no second copy to forget.

Two of three is enough. You set the rule.
Activating a lease can wait for approval. Each step asks for any one approver, all of them, or a quorum: here, two of three. An approver can be a named person, anyone in a role, anyone holding a permission, or the submitter's line manager.
Steps can carry an SLA. When it slips, remind the approvers, escalate, or decide automatically. Approvers can delegate, or send a request back for changes.

Twelve months, four cheques, one trail.

Cheque three bounced. It happens.
Every cheque carries its status, from pending to deposited to received. When one bounces, the record says so: the bounce is counted, a late fee can be invoiced, and the replacement cheque takes its place in the schedule.
Once a lease is live, nothing on it is deleted. The history stays with the lease.

From a WhatsApp message to a supplier bill.
A tenant's WhatsApp message arrives as a Helpdesk ticket. The ticket becomes a work order and goes to a technician. When the job is completed with a contractor's cost, the supplier bill for it is posted in Finance.

Work orders also raise themselves: from preventive maintenance plans, meter readings past their threshold, and requests made in the tenant portal.

Creates, edits and deletes on core records (units, leases, parties, work orders, tickets, employees and more) are logged: who changed which record, and when.

The renewal notice goes out on its own.
When a lease enters its renewal window, a morning sweep emails the tenant. Renew, and a draft contract is drawn from the old one with the escalation you set: here, five per cent.
It goes live once the current term ends. The original stays on file, and the trail carries on.
